  • For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 02.08.1994 and not later than 01.08.2006. (both dates inclusive)
  • For OBC: Born not earlier than 02.08.1991 and not later than 01.08.2006. (both dates inclusive)
  • For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 02.08.1989 and not later than 01.08.2006. (both dates inclusive)
• Stenographer Grade D: [18 to 27 years as on 01.08.2024]
  • For General / EWS: Born not earlier than 02.08.1997 and not later than 01.08.2006. (both dates inclusive)
  • For OBC: Born not earlier than 02.08.1994 and not later than 01.08.2006. (both dates inclusive)
  • For SC / ST: Born not earlier than 02.08.1992 and not later than 01.08.2006. (both dates inclusive)

Qualification: 

• For Stenographer Grade C: Intermediate (12th) Passed. Transcription 40 w.p.m in English and 55 w.p.m in Hindi. Dictation (English / Hindi) 10 Minutes 100 w.p.m
• For Stenographer Grade D: Intermediate (12th) Passed. Transcription 50 w.p.m in English and 65 w.p.m in Hindi. Dictation (English / Hindi) 10 Minutes 80 w.p.m

Fees: Rs. 100/- for General /OBC / EWS and There is no fee for SC / ST / Female candidates. Fees should be paid through Online via Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking / UPI.

Selection Process: The Selection will be based on for the posts of Stenographer Grade C & D Examination 2024 in SSC Recruitment 2024 are given below:

SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2024 Skill Test Pattern

• One Dictation for 10 Minutes in English or Hindi @100 wpm for Stenographer Grade ‘C’ and @80 wpm for Stenographer Grade ‘D’
• The Matter will have to be transcribed on the computer as per the schedule given below.
